The pip-installable LIT Platform is free for personal and non-commercial use. For business deployments, a commercial license is required.

For teams, the LIT Platform is delivered by partners under their brand. A partner deploys the workplace for your team, administers seats and policy, connects your identity provider, and supports you directly; Positronic builds the platform behind them. If you are a team, talk to a partner. Your subscription seats and API keys stay yours: the platform runs on the seats you already pay for, and you can move to pay-per-token billing when you're ready without losing anything.
